Ashina Second Market
This mod is simple, it allows you to build a Secondary Market.
The Second Market can’t produce Agents, so build the original one first if you want to make Metsukes.
To build the Secondary Market you must have Tax Reform Art researched.
The Secondary Market upgrades doesn’t need further Research, but it’s capped to Level 3, so you can’t build a second Kanabunakama.
Temple and Sake Den Version will be released if this mod gets positive reviews.
