Requires: RISE AND FALL

Trait: Third Republic
When the target of an Emergency, all units receive +4 Combat strength for every active Alliance.

Agenda: Versailles Pact
Establishes as many Alliances as possible, and likes those who do the same. Dislikes civilizations that do not establish Alliances.

Unit: Renault FT
French unique unit that replaces the Tank. +3 Combat strength for every active Alliance. Unlocks with Replaceable Parts.
