Vanilla Vehicles Expanded – Tier 3 (No Restore Neccessary)
Vanilla Vehicles Expanded – Tier 3 but with the need to restore vehicles before you can research them removed. (You still need to research the vehicles from Vanilla Vehicles Expanded before you can research though)!
I am not a coder/modder in the slightest, i just thought the barrier to research added was annoying enough to work out how to disable it.

If you wish to use this i believe you need to disable the official version of Tier 3, You still need Vehicle Framework and Vanilla Vehicles Expanded though.
All files are original apart from what was needed to remove the requirement, As i said, I am not a modder, if i knew how to make it just a patch i would.
I have no intention of actively supporting and troubleshooting this – It works now, I may update if needed but don’t hold your breath.
If the original Tier 3 Mod adds the ability to toggle this as a setting i will remove this version from the workshop.
