For every 1 Era Score you gain, you gain 10 Science and Culture, and 40 Gold (on Standard Speed). +1 Combat Strength for all military units when 4 or more Era Points are scored at once. Gain the Arethusa-class Light Cruiser unique unit when the Combustion technology is researched.

Like civilizations with higher Amenity, and dislike civilizations that are not in the Dark Age but have lower Amenity.
