Simple adding a resource building on Puppeted country states
When the puppeted country isn’t developing the resources it has,
It’s just a mode that builds them.
I created it by making modifications to Koa’s Overseas Investment and Dividends mod.
As it has a strong cheat , those seeking balance might prefer to use the original mod.

As I played the game, I once again felt that the buildings given to the puppeted countries are not for their benefit but for the benefit of the dominant country, just as we learned in history class.
Support 1.6(1.6.2 also works fine)
