Mutually Exclusive Removal for Entertainment Districts
Allows you to build a both both an Entertainment Complex (or Hippodrome or Street Carnival) district and a Water Park (or Copacabana) district in the same city. Some in-game text has been left unchanged, just ignore it if it says you can’t have both.
