Description:

EMD E8A 4040 & 4041 were built as New York Central E8A 4040 & 4041. Penn Central had 141 E8 A units numbered PC 4036-4095, 4246-4328 (PC 4036-4095 ex. NYC 4036-4095, PC 4246-4319 ex. PRR 5700 Series, PC 4320-4328 ex. PC/NYC 4000 series), classed by PC as EP-22.

This pack includes two Penn Central E8A locomotives that have been converted to the new mod system, and given working lights and particle effects.
