More Leader Ideologies
Adds fifteen new ideologies, tweaks interest group traits and attraction and adds new localization for government types.

Change Leader Ideology (Compatibility version)
– Adds 15 new ideologies (Agrarian Populist, Conservative, Isolationist, Libertarian, Militarist, Modernizer, National Liberal, Parliamentarian, Paternalist, Progressive, Reactionary, Secular Nationalist, Social Chauvinist, Social Liberal and Socialist)
– Adds new localization for all non-unique (i.e. Emirate, French Republic, Khalsa State) government types
– All Interest Groups with a stance on Economic System now correctly have an opinion of Industry Banned
– Petite Bourgeoisie now supports Distribution of Power laws in their Meritocratic ideology, favouring Census Suffrage
– Intelligentsia is now ambivalent to Multiculturalism rather than disapproving by default through their Liberal ideology
– Trade Unions and Intelligentsia at the game start now disapprove of both Legal Guardianship and Propertied Women, viewing Women in the Workplace and Women’s Suffrage neutrally
– Intelligentsia now approves of No Migration Controls and Migration Controls, opposing Closed Borders in their Liberal ideology
– Split up Trade Unions’ and Intelligentsia’s Anti-Slavery ideology: added their stances on Land Reform into Liberal and Populist, where the Intelligentsia slightly approves Commercialized Agriculture and the Trade Unions slightly approve Collectivized Agriculture
– Intelligentsia now approves Public Schools over Private Schools and is more disapproving of No Schools
– Trade Unions now more appropriately disapprove of Land-Based Taxation in their Proletarian ideology
– Trade Unions’ Socialist ideology now endorses Interventionism over Agrarianism
– Petite Bourgeoisie’s stance on Governance Principles has been altered to neutrality on Theocracy, strongly endorse Monarchy and endorse Parliamentary Republic, intended to make Parliamentary Republic easier to pass
– Corrected the Modern Patriarchal ideology to endorse Censorship and Outlawed Dissent equally
– Altered the Feminist ideology, making Women in the Workplace neutral and Women’s Suffrage strongly endorse
– Added a stance on Bureaucracy for the Intelligentsia’s Constitutionalist ideology, found in Brazil and, as a part of this mod, Great Britain
– Restored the Anti-Clerical ideology to China’s Intelligentsia
– Strengthened the Intelligentsia in literate societies by reverting to its old system of attraction, based on graduated factors of literacy
– Made Nihilists oppose the influence of religion in education and healthcare, opposing No Schools, Religious Schools, No Health System and Charity Hospitals
– Added a pro-suffrage opinion to the Distribution of Power stance for the Republican leader ideology, reflecting its in-game description
– Allowed Intelligentsia to create Republican leaders
– Land Reformers now support Collectivized Agriculture as much as they do Commercialized Agriculture and Homesteading
– Democrats are now generally more in favour of expanding the franchise, supporting equally both Universal and Census Suffrage over Wealth Voting
– Democrats now have a stance on Free Speech, favouring Protected Speech, reflecting its in-game description
– Corporatist leaders now, in keeping consistent with the Devout’s special ideology, are neutral instead of approving of Public Schools
– Added Social Democrats’ historical pro-Interventionism/alternatively pro-Cooperative Ownership stance on Economic System and their Protectionist opinion on Trade Policy
– Made Elected Bureaucrats strengthen the Political Strength of Clerks by 25%, similar to Appointed Bureaucrats
– Made the Industrialists, rather than the Intelligentsia, gain Political Strength from Private Schools
– Made the Intelligentsia gain Political Strength from Public Schools
– Made the Industrialists, rather than the Petite Bourgeoisie, gain Political Strength from Private Health Insurance
– Removed the requirement for a democratic (Voting/Suffrage) Distribution of Power law to enact Women’s Suffrage, allowing autocracies, oligarchies and technocracies to achieve legal gender equality
– Enabled the Economic System law Cooperative Ownership for non-Council Republics, in consistency with both Collectivized Agriculture and the Socialist leader ideology
