Adjust inertia mid-retraction by moving

MECHANICS
- When grappled, you can press movement keys to slightly influence your velocity.
- The hook auto detaches either when you’re near the point you hooked onto, you go past the point at a set distance or go too far from the point
- Swapping weapons will also detach you
- Pressing the jump button will detach you with some extra upwards momentum
- Detaching carries momentum from the hook. Hitting walls or being grounded will reduce this momentum faster.
- You cannot take fall damage from launching using the hook.
- Parachutes are disabled upon hooking onto something and are only re-enabled when landing
