Passive Ability
This Great Person ignores closed borders. Units within 2 tiles ignore Movement and sight penalties from terrains and features.

Bertrandon: Gain 1 free spy (and an additional spy capacity).
Hassan-i Sabbah: Unlocks the Fida’i unique unit.
Jing Ke: Enemies within 1 tile lose 100 hit points.
Zhu Xu: Provide +7 combat strength to a military land unit.

Renaissance
Leone Alberti: Grant 1 of diplomatic visibility to all civilizations.
Guy Fawkes: All spies have a higher chance of success when performing Sabotage Production.
Francis Walsingham: Gain 1 free spy (and an additional spy capacity).
Hattori Hanzo: Unlocks the Shinobi unique unit.

Industrial
Nathan Hale: This city is 100% loyal
Charlotte Corday: Enemy units within 1 tile lose 100 hit points.
Giacomo Casanova: Grants +2 movement to a military land unit.
John Honeyman: Gain 1 free spy (and an additional spy capacity).

Modern
Allan Pinkerton: Unlocks the Private Investigator unique unit.
William Melville: Gain 1 free spy (and an additional spy capacity).
Sidney Reilly: All spies have a higher chance of success when performing Steal Techology.
An Jung-geun: Enemies within 1 tile lose 100 hit points.

Geronimo: All spies have a higher chance of success when performing Foment Unrest.

William Donovan: +3 combat strength to land military units.
Jin Wudai: All spies have a higher chance of success when performing Steal Great Works.
