Config Applied Check
A tiny mod to check if you’ve applied configs correctly, mod pack makers can encourage people to use this to have an idea of if they’ve updated their configs.
As a modpack maker distribute a config file for this mod with the tick-box in settings to suppress the warning already ticked. There’s also an optional "Version Name" which you can use to make sure your users have actually updated the mod configs, you can change it in-game in the settings menu.
It also includes a log entry so that bug reports always include the config version, something like:
Config Applied Check – Launched with config version: Main-12345
Or
Config Applied Check – Loaded to menu with config version: Main-12345
This is a free text field, be as descriptive as you like. Your users can also check the version they loaded in with in the settings screen.
