Description:

In the vast universe, where myths and legends intertwine, exists a realm reminiscent of ancient tales. This realm is Science Fiction, once mere entertainment has now been reborn as faiths in the aftermath of the Event.

This submod for After the End brings a new religion with entire new faiths based on popular Sci-Fi TV and Movie series, Books, and even Video Games:

Voyages to the Stars

Based on Starfleet.

To Boldly Go.

From a base in Montana, the tales of Starfleet have inspired expeditions to venture to the corners of the unknown. However, three expeditions have not returned:
The Voyager Expedition, caught in a storm, landed on the edges of their maps. The survivors will have to settle in their new home, on the other side of the world in the distant land of Northern Brazil.
The Cerritos Expedition headed north, seeking a cache of technology. Determined not to return empty-handed, they knew they would have to tame the frozen Arctic to find the treasure.
The Defiant entered a distant war, losing all contact.

Values of Honor and Death

Based on the Klingons.

Qapla’

A couple of warriors answered a plea for help from a small tribe on the coast of Alaska. There, the Klingon will teach the inhabitants of the Last Frontier the right way to honorably die so they can be allowed into Sto-vo-kor.

Rules of Acquisition

Based on the Ferengi.

Dabo!

The Grand Nagus collects profits from a caravanserai leased by the Pharaoh of The Strip. Bets are being placed on whether there is even enough gold left in the world for the Ferengi to acquire.

Path of the Light

Based on the Jedi.

May the Force be with you.

North of the Golden Gate, the Jedi Order ponders whether they should interfere against the Sith and save California, or stand aside and reflect on the delicate balance of the Force and its mysterious will.

Path of the Darkness

Based on the Sith.

Do It.

With California facing a two-front war, a Dark Master has manipulated the Eternal Guru to grant him the Governate. However, the loyal Lieutenants stand against the Sith’s plans, for now.

Mandalorian Creed

Based on the Mandalorian.

This is the Way.

A lone father seeks a home for his child in the unforgiving world, drawn by a promise of protection he joined the vigilantes of the Borderlands. He didn’t have much to offer them, but he had his sword, and that is all a Mandalorian needs.

Flowing Dunes of Spice

Based on Dune.

A prophecy foretold long ago is about to unfold.

Two great houses are about to go to war in a Mojave addicted to the sweet crystalline taste of Methamphetamine Spice Melange.

Reform this faith and add a temporal religious head so you can become the Lisan al Gaib. The icon will change.

Manifest of Democracy

Based on Starship Troopers, Helldivers and the Enclave.

I’m Doing My Part!

New arrivals on the coast of Virginia have brought with them a simple goal: Restore democracy, by any means necessary.

Red Wave

Based on Command & Conquer: Red Alert.

THE CIA WANTS TO KNOW YOUR LOCATION

A fascination with a legend of the past has lead the people of Portland to rally around a fallen ideology with the hopes of bringing free healthcare to America.

Hearts of Steel

Based on the Brotherhood of Steel.

Ad Victoriam!

The Border Patrol was in active duty for centuries, relying solely on the armor of their steel. The many chapters kept vigilance, but constant squabbling demanded professionalism, and through it came consolidation. The four patrolman chapters have now rallied behind one flag: the Brotherhood.

Call of the Special

Based on Vault-Tec.

Be me. Put all my points in charisma. Go talk to crush. CRITICAL FAILURE.

Survivors emerged out of the Cheyenne Mountain Complex, which now lies in ruins. As the time to repair it was too long for the Dwellers to remain unprotected, the Overseer struck a deal with the Queen of Denver. Will it hold long enough for the Vault to be repaired?

Splendid Insolent Nation

Based on Idiocracy.

Welcome to Costco. I love you!

Many armies have conquered Tallahassee, but none were able to keep it. Each time, the IQ drain of having to deal with the Floridaman took a toll more severe than starvation, disease, or even violence. A showcase of the resilience and dangers of the nation of the idiots.

Mechanism of the Firmament

Based on Warhammer 40K.

The demons of chaos that inhabit the Warp of human souls were released, and the whole of the old world paid the price.

A cult, nestled high in the mountains of Argentina, has been running a eugenics program for centuries. It appears that they may have succeeded. A so-called pure and perfect Primarch was recently appointed the new leader of the Mechanicum. However, he is still yet to prove to be the promised one, the Emperor of All Mankind.

Demand for Death

Based on Lethal Company and Control.

I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream.

When an AI caused the population of Bermuda to join a death cult, the ocean started turning blood red.

Radiant Lines

Inspired by Horizon Zero Dawn and Moonfall.

The Sundom in Colorado believes that Sol’s might was once kept in a balance inside Luna, but the brightness was so intense that it bursted out. So, humanity traveled to space to force the light to return inside the hollow Moon. But that angered the Sun, and he destroyed the old world.

This faith is a Sci-Fi rework of Eclipsarian.

Horseman of the Deluge

Inspired by Horizon Forbidden West and The Day the Earth Stood Still.

Mother Nature gave a tribe in the Rockies a duty to confront the consequences of human actions and create a better future, by holding a sword over humanity’s head.

This faith is a Sci-Fi rework of Vengeants of Gaia.
