• 修改了纯血特质的遗传概率，单亲为50%，双亲100%
• 修改了开局自定义人物时纯血特质所需点数为-1000

• Adjusted Pure-blooded inheritance: 50% with one parent, 100% with both
• Ruler Designer cost for Pure-blooded: −1000 points
