Higher Morale [normal hitchance]
This is the same as Higher Morale, but includes only morale changes, and doesn’t include hitchance changes.
(Applies to both player and AI armies.)
- Increases base morale of all units by 15.
- Increases morale of siege defenders from 8 to 50 (from 0 to 10 if breached).
- Gives 5-10 morale if commanding general is alive.
- Increases general’s aura effect from 3-3 to 5-10.
- Gives up to 10 morale if reinforcements are expected.
- Decreases morale penalty if army is near destruction from -120 to 0.
- Increases morale bonus for winning slightly (from 3 to 10), winning (from 6 to 15), winning decisively (from 8 to 20).
- Gives a -10 morale penalty if unit is under friendly fire.
- Gives no morale penalty to player in Very Hard/Legendary difficulty.
- Increases tickets in siege defense from 200 to 500.
- Units can only rally after a rout once (down from twice).
