Disallowed by: State Religion(Law)

2.Free Contraceptives

+0.3 Standard of Living
+5% Workforce Ratio
-5% Birth Rate
-3% Mortality

Requires: Pharmaceuticals(Tech)
Disallowed by: State Religion(Law), No Social Security(Law)

3.No Family Planning: default family planning law.

4.Childcare Incentives

-10% Bureaucracy
+0.5 Standard of Living
+20% Dependents Income
+5% Birth Rate
-3% Mortality

Disallowed by: No Social Security(Law)

5.Forced Reproduction

-5% Bureaucracy
-5% Workforce Ratio
+15% Birth Rate
+3% Mortality
+10% State Penalties from Turmoil

Disallowed by: Women’s Suffrage(Law)
