Description:
The Gremlin Seabird

The Morus is a twin-seater, single engine naval strike fighter. It is fairly heavily armed for its size, and handles reasonably well.

Originally created to fulfill a specification from a friend for a naval anti-submarine aircraft that was NOT the Fairey Gannet[en.wikipedia.org], the M430A is a more general purpose version of the strike aircraft, armed with machineguns, rockets, and bombs.

Despite the explicit disclaimer in the specifications, the aircraft takes large inspiration from the Gannet, as well as the Fairey Firefly[en.wikipedia.org]. As a result, the aircraft features folding wings, a "Nigel’s Greenhouse", a rather hefty engine block, as well as finlets on the horizontal stabilizer.

The frankly insane-looking gremlin grin painted on the front does not technically come standard with the model, but I decided to keep it with the release anyway as it’s one of my finer pieces of noseart.
