So a brief explanation as to what these percentages mean to the uninformed. A 12% def bonus would be how much more def the item gets by the time its masterwork tier. You still get some extra defense at every tier just not the full 12%. A 12% bonus would only be 2% at prototype Grade. Since there are six grades total and 12 divided by 6 is 2 its a 2% increase at each grade. None of these items get a 12% bonus but 12 was an easy number to explain the math behind how it works.

Gi and Gi Pants = Dodge Mult 1.05 and Combat attk/Def +1
Ninja Gi = Combat attk/Def +1
Ninja Pants = Combat attk/def +1
Basket Hat = Combat attk/def +1 and asassination mult 1.05
Noble’s Robe and Trousers = Athletics Mult 1.05
Stout Hessian and Stout Hessian Uniform = Combat Def +1
Dyed Robes and Trousers = Unarmed Bonus +1
Stats other
Set Cut Resistance to 0 for all items
Misc
Changed armor class name to cloth for all applicable items.
