VERSION 2 CHANGELOG (12/06/2017) – Update coming soon.
-Custom nation rule can disable this mods’ features.
-It now costs 100 gold.
-Displaced icon fixed.
-Laws will now be copied.
-There is now an Event pop-up upon creation (English only).

In addition to the decisions to form a new Kingdom and Empire, this mod adds the
decision to form a new Duchy.

It takes the flag and name from your primary county title.

Requirements to form:
-Adult
-No prisoner
-Not incapable
-The cost is 100 gold.
-Must have 50 piety
*One of the following must be true:
-Ruler has 200 prestige and is independent
-Ruler has 400 prestige and liege is king tier or above
