No 30-year wait North Sea Empire – More Bookmarks version
Removes the requirement(s) to have held all the kingdom titles for 30 years, thus allowing you to create the High Kingdom of the North Sea straight after getting the last kingdom you need.
This version is compatible with the More Bookmarks+ mod, as that mod changes/adds kingdom titles making other mods similar to this unusable with MB+. But this mod works as long you load this mod AFTER MB+!
(It works both with or without MB+)
