Prismatic – Color and Jersey Overhaul
Prismatic adds 51 new colors and many new jerseys to the game, cutting down on the amount of times secondary jerseys will show up in game and ensuring that all leaders will get a color scheme even when playing with the maximum amount.

Also changes the color scheme for Free Cities slightly to increase legibility.
To do: Add support for colorblind users
