Anti-furry Constant Republic Mod V2 (WIP)

Founded in 2030, It is not really a anti furry thing more of a anti rabies, as in 2025 animals has developed rabies that makes them human like, after about 2 years they started to arm them self’s up and cause a muck. Constant was founded for this reason to terminate any infected. They WONT commit any warcrimes and will arrest if needed. Cuz they just like that. :3.
