Zee’s Third Party Grievances Reduced
This mod increases the number of grievances you must generate before the rest of the world considers you a warmonger, and reduces the maximum relationship penalty for being one.

The default relationship penalty is 10% of the grievances you’ve incurred against any civ, across the board.
The default maximum penalty for this is -40.
This means if you declared a Surprise War on someone (150 grievances), you would immediately receive a -15 relationship penalty with all other civs you know, and there would be room for another -25 penalty for any other grievances you might generate.
This mod reduces those numbers from (10%) to (4%) and from (-40) to (-15).
In the same Surprise War example above, this results in a -6 penalty with all civs, and room for another -9 penalty.
This makes, for example China, care a lot more about what you and China have done with each other, not what you and Germany have done. That’s between you and Germany.

Can be added and removed freely from any running save without issue.
Requires Gathering Storm.
