Assimilate Discriminated and Homeland Pops Naturally
Enables the assimilation of discriminated and pops in homelands albeit at a slower pace.
Just like normal assimilation, this mod converts pops monthly. Only that this mod closes the loop by targeting the remaining pops which are either discriminated or excluded due to being in a homeland.
The base assimilation in Vanilla is 0.2% per month and 0.02% for unincorporated states. This mod takes those values and applies further buffs/debuffs.
Modifiers:
After that, the normal assimilation buff from public schools and decrees applies as in Vanilla.
Austria has an Incorporated Polish state. Therefore Poles would have been not assimilated in Vanilla due to having a homeland.
But with this mod they would receive Base Value / 4 / 2 (as they only share a heritage) -> 1/8 of the Vanilla assimilation
If Austria would accept the Polish people then it would be 1/4
If Japan owned the state it would be 1/16 or 1/8 respectively as the value would be divided by 2 again due to sharing absolutely no traits at all between the cultures.
Completely standalone. Will work with any other culture mods and stuff.
