Description:

In the original flash version of Isaac, there is an unused version of clot in the credits that is never seen anywhere else. Then, in the files of the eternal edition, there is an unused variant of the pooter enemies. Now, these two finally get their chance to be in the game!

Includes:

The Ultra Pooter, who moves like any other pooter, but swings its abdomen growth at Isaac, instead of shooting projectiles.

The Blood Clot, who wanders around the room, trailing creep and lobbing projectile randomly as it does.
