Visible Disfigurement

This is a simple mod that removes masks from disfigured characters and replaces them with a new gnarly facial texture. This texture is created using only vanilla files, combining the visual effects of two traits: The Tier 3 "Scarred" trait (which seems to rarely, if ever, appear naturally in-game) and the "Disease Scars" trait (present in game files though seemingly unused).

Decisions

Disfigured player characters also have the option of wearing the mask via a new Decision. Wearing the mask adds a modifier that grants a small boost to your dread. The mask can also be removed via decision.

Game Rule

A new game rule also allows you to set the visibility of masks worn by NPCs in your game. By default, visibility is set to "Never", meaning NPCs will never wear the mask (players can still wear the mask via decision, however). Setting visibility to "Rare" means disfigured NPCs may wear the mask if they are of King or Emperor tier, and have high intrigue skill or callous, sadistic, shy or reclusive traits.
