Description:

Need Gathering Storm.
Unload the previous version of this mod before use it.

[Civilization Trait]
Drok:
Combat victories provide Science equal to 50% of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit.
Builds Campus and Spaceport Square districts in half the time.

[Unique Unit]
Plague Splatter:
Replace Catapult.
Have faster movement, and +35 combat bonus when attacking land units.

Gatling Cannon:
Replace Machine Gun.
More range and can anti air units.

Boomer attack sub:
Replace Nuclear Submarine.
More Range and cause full damage to districts.

Hazequad:
Support unit.
Can make the friendly units that within 3 squares invisible.

Brute:
Anti-cavaity unit.
Stronger when defending attack, but weak in sight range.

Epsilon Adept:
Yuri’s unique unit.
Can capture enemy unit in range, but not good at melee or attack district.

Epsilon Elite:
Upgrade from Epsilon Adept.
It has more movement and attacking range than Epsilon Adept and can move and fight in shallow waters.

[Unique Building]
Psychic Beacon:
Epsilon’s unique building. Make the city always loyal, and +20% Production.
Provide Faith and plenty of Amenity when there is sufficient electric power.

Bio Reactor:
Epsilon’s unique building. Electricity is provided based on the number of people in the city.
+3 Power: Less than 6 population;
+6 Power: 6-10 population;
+10 Power: 10-15 population;
+15 Power: 15 population or above.

[Leader Trait]
Mind Control:
Spy start with License to Kill promotion. Enemy Spies level reduced by 2 in Yuri’s lands.
Gain the Epsilon Adept and Epsilon Elite unique units.
