Description:

East Asian rainy regional style building

Due to the high rainfall and humidity in the area, the building was designed with a veranda.
A mixed government-civil partnership building with public service organizations on the ground floor and households on the upper floors. Because they are very expensive, have problems with noise, and are relatively inefficient for mixed use, they are usually only seen in more crowded places like the capital, where there are many buildings.
Originally a fire station, a maintenance and secret police version was also produced. The maintenance service version has very limited in-house maintenance capacity, but has a strong number of outgoing maintenance vehicles.

Due to the mechanics of the game, the upstairs residential area does not work and is only used for decorative purposes. Alternatively, you can use other mods to add additional entrances and exits to the residential areas.
