Description:

Inspired by earlier versions of SFO, I made all vamps ran faster on foot, LLs, lords and heroes.

Vlad is slightly (veeeery slightly) faster than others (to compensate his lack of mounts)…

And I didn’t changed Count Noctilus because he looks "heavier" (and *cof!* *cof!* more badass) than others.
