Surgery Meds
Set the quality of medicine used for surgery separately from the general setting by right-clicking instead of left-clicking the icon.
This lets you e.g. have "doctor care, but no meds" for tending, without needing to change it whenever a surgery needs to be performed.
Any medical procedure that requires meds to perform is considered a "surgery" for this purpose.
Safe to add or remove at any point.
