Waste Rock Liquefaction Plant
Allows early-game processing of Waste Rock via a Liquefaction Plant that turns Waste Rock and Water into Concrete. It can be brought in from Earth as a prefab, and is unlocked for local construction with the Waste Rock Liquefaction tech.
The default extraction rate matches the game’s default 5:1, but an upgrade can increase it to 4:1. Drones should bring waste rock from storage sites to the liquefaction plant.
Not applicable to existing saves. Please shout if you have any problems.
