Angelic D6 is a 6-charge active item that rerolls any pedestal into the Angel Room pool… If used in the Devil Room, you will get a normal pedestal instead of having to trade hearts. And when the Angel Room pool is fully maxed out, it’s basically just a D6 reskin lmao.
