Witch-king Decrees Mechanic. Supreme Sorceress changes & Others.
Tl;dr;
*Adds mechanic to Naggarond faction.
*Changes Supreme Sorceress & Malekith & Moarathi Skill trees
*Adds "Undercity" Buildings that khainite assasins can spread.
*Adds Seduction mechanic (from slaanesh) to Supreme Socreceress & Morathi armies
*Adds a mechanic similar to Youaen Bo, with two interchangable resources: Sorcery and Scheme Tokens.
–One is mainly used for *magic* stuff, like revealing shroud, buffs/debuffs to armies, etc.
–Other is for less magic and more stabby stuff, like wounding characters, causing rebellions, etc.
*Naggarond faction unlocks Supreme Sorceress through a ritual in this mechanic.
*For all 3: Adds Lightning Blast ability, unique buff at the end of red line and in magic line.
*Changes to Malekith skill tree
*Changes to Morathi Skill tree
*Supreme Sorceress lost mount and got reduced red line, but gained ability to unlock flight and got powerfull bound spells and passives like controllable flamestorm.
*Adds slaanesh mechanic that allows to steal units pre-battle to Naggarond and CoP. But only sorceress and morathi can use it.
They have buffs to it in their skill trees.
*Allows Khainite Assasins to spread Cults under enemy settlements with unique buildings.
*Curently its not very flavourfull, i ran out of imagination. Better locs and effects will come in some later upgrade
-better effects for underbuildings
-new visual for Oblivion spell will be added when morathi-lore appears.
Mod became only possible due to Rhox and Partypus making similar mod first to karl, from which i copied techical stuff,
