It was built in 1980.
The upper floors with high ceilings were intended for machine rooms, and the lower floors with lower ceilings for employees. These rooms of different purposes are separated by a technical floor in the middle of the skyscraper, with a powerful cooling system expressed in the form of "brackets" protruding from the building.
