Tarrare [RGON]
Tarrare can ONLY have red hearts and starts with an altered version of Binge Eater and Gluttonous Blast; altered Binge Eater gives him the choice between normal items and food items that give him stat ups and a 0.10 speed down; Gluttonous Blast gives him a rechargeable brimstone beam that deals 75% of your damage and costs one room to charge and recharges very slowly per room. Tarrare also has very low stats, you can see them below.
