                                  🛠️ Compatible with Repentance Patch v1.7.9b 🛠️

Ever use a pill, only to apply some minor, insignificant effect on your character, prolonging the time it takes for you to move into another room, pick up items, or attack enemies? Well, no more! This mod removes all pills that have negligible, temporary effects on your character, to the likes of spreading creep, messing with your accuracy or UI, or straight up doing nothing.

This mod is based on @sublimnl‘s No more retro vision pill mod, with the entire code taken straight from it and their full permission. Adding or removing pills from the exception list can be done by simply editing the main.lua file, with effects listed here.[wofsauge.github.io]

If the following pills are dropped during a run, they will be immediately replaced with a different pill (either good or bad) that is not on this list:

• Addicted!
• Bad Gas
• Horf!
• I Found Pills
• I’m Excited!!!
• Paralysis
• Retro Vision
• Something’s wrong…
• Feels like I’m walking on sunshine!
• R U a Wizard?
• X-Lax

I have kept Lemon Party and Pheromones inside the pool despite their situational effect, as I have found characters utilizing Lucky Foot, Virgo or PHD growing way too powerful with most neutral pills gone. This is intended to balance the mod out without infringing on its effects.
