Improved Country Names
This mod changes several of the country names around the map to be more historically accurate. Ironman compatible.
Notes :-
– Most of these have just been copied from Wikipedia so if there are any errors please let me know.
– The names of certain countries like Bohemia and Lithuania had to be added in English as the font used does not support certain letters used in them.
– Byzantium, Naples and the HRE are listed in a completely different localisation file for whatever reason, and as such cannot be changed (to my knowledge) without creating possible mod conflicts.
