AGOT – Citadel is a University
A simple mod which changes the target for the "university visit" activity from the Starry Sept to the Citadel. Due to this change, the Citadel should now also function the same way as vanilla universities for all other education purposes. Additionally, changes the activity so that the teachers will always be maesters.

Update 8/29/2024:
– Verified compatibility with AGOT 0.3 (None of the files were changed so previous version should have also been compatible).
– Removed once-per-lifetime restriction. The university visit activity should be available once every 20 years, as long as all other requirements are met.
