As a huge fan of Carthage, I decided to create a mod that allows North African nations to recreate the ancient republic.

Fully flashed out mission tree
Several new events and decisions
New government and national ideas
Event chain for Rome formation

Improving new icons
Additional nations that can be formed as vassals of Carthage
This is my first mod and I cannot be certain that it works as intended. I tested it and corrected all errors I found, but it is bound to include some more. If you find any, give feedback so that I can repair them in new updates
