Lowborn Rise: Ennoblement
*** THIS IS based on the AGOT mod, "raise to nobility" functionality. This has been changed to work with the base game traits, etc. However this would not be possible without the AGOT Mod team and the great work they do. ***

This mod creates the interaction with lowborn courtiers that allows the concept of ennoblement. Giving another option to raise the status of a lowbon to a highborn – without having to grant titles to achieve this.
The cost of this interaction is:
1. 150 prestige
2. 40 gold
3. 25 Renown (Meaning only Dynasty Heads Can Spend and perform this act.)
The newly ennobled gets 75 prestige and the 40 gold that is cost to ennoble them. Further they get a memory on the date they where ennobled. Lastly they get an ennoblement opinion of +30 towards the character that ennobled them. This opinion is set with a decay rate of -1.20 per year.
Upon the ennoblement process completing, the ennobling highborn gains a strong loyalty hook on the ennobled character.
There are some restrictions placed on whom you can ennoble. Specifically certain traits, and bishops.
You CAN’T ennoble a lowborn if:
1. YOU are NOT your Dynasty Head
2. You have a government type OTHER than feudal
3. The target is NOT your courtier
4. The target IS YOUR realm preist / bishop
5. The target has a trait of "Monk"
6. The target has a trait of "Devoted"
7. The target has a trait of "Order Member"
This was developed against the 1.12.5 base game, with no other mods, however I expect it would work with most any mods that work with the base game.
Two current localizations supported are:
1. English
2. French / Français
3. German (Thanks to: Cookiehunter)
4. Italian (Thanks to: alegdansk)
5. Russian (Thanks to: Ipomoea)
*NOTE: The Duchy title that is temporary created, is a landless title used to allow the ennoblement process. This title is then destroyed.
