- Minimum Pregnancy Age: Set the minimum age for pregnancy to ensure realistic or player-preferred reproductive logic.
- Pregnancy Duration: Customize pregnancy durations to align with the game pace.
- Childbirth Death Rate: Set the death probability during childbirth. Setting it to 0 prevents deaths.

- Children’s Family Post-Birth: Choose whether children belong to the mother’s family (for those who like to play as a "scoundrel").
- Family Child Limit: Control the maximum number of children per family to avoid excessive offspring that might slow the game or cause corruption.
- Captive Pregnancy: Captives can become pregnant, and their children will belong to the mother’s family—perfect for a "rogue" playstyle.
- Restrict to Player Army: Enable this feature only within the player’s army to avoid unwanted events.
- Recruit Captives into Family: Players can recruit captives into their family to expand their influence.
- Captive Marriage Options: Players can marry captives or arrange marriages between captives and others. Captives’ relatives can also join the player’s family (e.g., marrying a captive’s mother or daughter, or becoming a brother-in-law).
- Surrogacy Service: Players can offer services to female lords, earning gold rewards and improving relationships with them.
Players can assign companions or family members to establish new families. Multiple members can join the new family, and players can choose whether the family joins a specific nation or establishes a new kingdom. The new family or kingdom can also join other factions.
Players can challenge lords to duels, with spouses as wagers. The winner takes the opponent’s spouse.
Players can challenge multiple companions in a single duel. Winning improves relationship points with them.
Players can charge fees to rent out their spouse to other lords, earning gold in return.
