お布団と畳を追加します。
材料は違いますが、性能はベッドとほぼ同じです。
(医療用の２つはデフォルトで医療ベッドになっています。）
前バージョンからの変更点
・ダブル布団赤の性能をロイヤルベッド相当に変更
・その他は現バージョンのベッド性能と同じように変更
・畳を追加しました
