Ability: Terra Bless Us
At the end of your turn, gain 2 Gold for each newly discoverd tile.
Doubles the effect of each Economic Policy in your government which effect for your cities with the Guild civic.
Grant equivalent GreatPerson points equal to 10% of buildings’ costs you built.
Receive +1 Economic Policy Slot when "Banking" or "Economics" unlocked.
Columbia Union’s unique unit. Can only be trained in cities with a population of at least 2.
+6 Combat Strength within 9 tiles of the Capital. +2 Movement away 9 tiles of the Capital. May create new cities.
Columbia Union’s unique district replaces Campus with lower cost.Receive +1 Science bonus if adjacent to a district.
Specialty projects are available for different leaders. City receives +30% Production towards city projects.
Only unique to Ho’olheyak and Mark Max
Columbia Union’s unique district replaces Government Plaza with lower cost.
Doubles the effect of each Diplomatic Policy in your government which effect for your cities.
Original capital can be moved to the city where Maylander is located.
Ability: Resource Economization
All districts (except city centers) will not remove any features.
Districts in tiles with non-negative appeal provide yield equal to Appeal (up to 10 appeal).
When building districts in breath-taking tiles, cities receive +50% Production.
Allow builders and flowing shapes to plant woods(Original) after ‘Construction’ unlocked.
On the first meeting with Muelsyse, your capital grant 1 naturalist with 4 park charges.
Muelsyse’s unique civilian unit with 2 charges that can only grant one everytime you initialize a city, complete a Rhine Lab LLC or finish leader’s exclusive projects. Ignore movement penalty from River.
One per city and can’t be removed. Tiles with Ecological Parks cannot be swapped.
Provides a random Inspiration when built on breath-taking tiles.
+1 Science from each type of feature in this city, +1 Production from each type of terrain in this city.
Ability: Terminus of Legends
Start with a exclusive GreatWork.
Each time you gain 2 or more Era Score, complete 15% of the original Wonder cost towards the Wonder that is currently building.
Each time you active a GreatWork, complete 10% of the original Wonder cost towards the Wonder that is currently building.
Each time you complete a Wonder, gain cultural GreatPerson Points each equals to 15% of its production cost and 1 Relic.
Palace and libraries have slots for 4 GreatWorks.
Ability: Calcification
Stone Resources(stone, marble, gypsum) +3 Production, +2 Science.
Enemy units -5 Combat Strength when defend, -1 movement within 4 tiles of Saria’s military units (stacks 2 times).
Everytime you built a Rhine Lab LLC or encampment, capture a city, or initialize your capital, gain one Defense Member.
+5 Combat Exp when unit is healed.
Units with less than 50 health that come within 3 tiles of Defense Member will heal 50 points next turn even if moved.
For each Defense Member you have, all Defense Member +2 Combat Strength(Up to 20). Can block damage once.
Ability: Component Control Section
Exclusive unique 5 Governors: Defense Division, Ecological Department, Originium Art Section, Energy Section, Human Resource Investigation Section.
Awards a Governor Title when Rhine Lab LLC completed.
Ability: Silent Mainstay
When you complete a Technology, receive your 70% Science per turn as Culture and Gold, and grant Production(All Cities) equal to 10% of Technologies’ costs you complete.
City Centers within 3 tiles of the Night Banisher receive +1 Amenity and +4% all yields.
Adjacent units receive +5 Combat Strength when defending. Adjacent units will heal in next turn, and receive +2 Combat Strength for every 2 University or Research Lab built.
Ability: Founding Father
Extra territory upon founding cities. All units receive +1 sight.
At the end of your turn, gain 1.5 Culture for each newly discoverd tile.
Halve the time to build the first specialty district in cities.
Capital gains 1 Columbia Independent for each Tier of Government you unlocked.
Ability: Dreamer
Builders can directly build 2 identical specialty districts in cities. Districts can be repaired automatically.
At the end of your turn, gain 1 Production(All Cities) for each newly discoverd tile.
Each current district provides 5 Culture for every 5 districts built.
An alliance with Dorothy unlocks the Builder ability to construct Pioneer Tile Base in your country.
Dorothy’s unique civilian units with 3 charges that can only grant one everytime you initialize a city. Will automatically build roads where they pass by.
The first time it is built, it can only be built in territory belonging to other Civilizations that you have Open Borders with.
Permanently gain the LeaderTrait of the person to whom the tile with this improvement belongs.
After building the first Base, allow builders to build it in your own territory.
Grant yields based on types of adjacent districts. SameAdjacent is inavilable.
