[AV] Show Utility Apparel
A mini-mod which will redraw the icons below the colonist bar to include utility apparel.
The vanilla setting "Weapons under portrait" needs to be set to anything other than "never".
Don’t expect this to be compatible with other colonist bar mods.
Should be able to work with most colony bar mods as long as they don’t override vanillas way of drawing the weapons.
