No limit on the number of estate privileges
Removes the limit on the number of estate privileges you can grant to each estate. Actually raises it from 4 to 40 but if you somehow manage to reach this new limit you can just edit the .lua file in the mod’s common/defines/ folder.
Note that unless you also install a mod to edit the interface such as the "Better Estate UI 1.30" mod (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2169468112) you can still only see 4 privileges and can only open the screen to add more if you have less than that.
