DB Class 611
Diesel multiple unit series 611 of the Deutsche Bahn AG in mint green and traffic red.
The series 611 were two-part diesel multiple units with tilting technology for high-speed local passenger transport. In contrast to the 610 series, the vehicles did not prove themselves. Due to numerous problems, the trains were not in use for a long time or were in use at lower speed with the tilting technology switched off. The last train was decommissioned in July 2019 after all services were taken over by the successor series 612, as with the BR 610.
