SFO 밸런스 조정모드입니다
추가로 강철거상에 스팀탱크와 같은 완벽한 활력을 부여했습니다(이건 원작자가 의도한바가 아닐수도 있습니다)
또 SFO의 스팀탱크에 부여된 돌격능력도 추가했습니다
생산조건도 변경하였는데 제가 유니크스팀탱크모드와 같이 사용하다보니 해당 모드를 SFO와 호환하는 과정에서
막았던 전설유닛 딜리버런스의 빈자리를 대체하였습니다.
따라서 바닐라와 같이 대학건물을 필요로 하지 않고 눌른의 5티어 랜드마크에서 생산가능합니다
또한 SFO의 전설유닛 태그를 사용합니다

SFO balance adjustment mod
i gave the iron colossus perfect vigour (this may not be what snek intended)
also added the charge capability given to SFO’s steam tank
I also changed the production conditions
because i’ve blocked the Deliverance in Unique Steam Tank SFO Submod
so it replaced the vacancy of the legendary unit The Deliverance
therefore it doesn’t require a imperial university building like vanilla
and can be produced at the 5th tier landmark in Nuln
It also uses SFO’s Legendary Unit Tag
