Greetings, dear comrades of the Soviet Republic.
This is an alternative version of my Superblock 308S residential buildings mod. In this version, the buildings are more vertical, ideal for denser cities.
This pack includes two size options: one for up to 90 workers and another for up to 180 workers. Both options have 13 floors (pilotis + 12 housing floors) and a housing quality of 96%.
I’m also providing skins with three color options: blue, green, and yellow. Check the required itens.
Update: I’ve updated the mod. Now, the color change is done through the skin button in the properties window of the building in the game.
