Since Le Galactic Empire live in a desert apartments are very rare to see but they are in cities a lot. It can fit a decent amount of people and have stairs to walk upstairs in lore, not in game ofc cus its a background building. Its 4 stories high I think and people dont mind living in apartments aslong as theres ventilation.
Controls: Just spawn it in, no controls, its a building.
