Tangara T-set
Description
The Tangara T-Sets were introduced to the Australian Sydney Trains network in 1988-1994, with significant changes to both appearance and technology to prior rolling stock. They are the sole rolling stock on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line, while also running on T1, T2, T7, T8 and T9 services. They are also used on local SCO line services from Port Kembla to Waterfall.
The train can operate as a single 4-car unit in a D, N, N, D consist, or a double 2 x 4-car unit.
