Spy City Tooltip
Adds additional section to the city tile tooltip which contains information on city construction queue, population, yields and turns until border growth.
For the enemy cities this information is only available if you have certain level of diplomatic visibility with the city owner or you have spy in that city.
Your cities and city-states has full information in the tool tip.
Tool tip of the enemy city contains this information depending on diplomatic visibility (access level)
SECRET: +production queue, +turns until production completed, population growth, accurate city yields, accurate number of turns until border growth.
OPEN: +population growth, +accurate city yields, +accurate number of turns until border growth.
LIMITED: inaccurate city yields, inaccurate number of turns until border growth.
NONE: no additional information.
SPY in the city: turns until production completed (but not produced item/unit), population growth, accurate city yields, accurate number of turns until border growth.
